Our services rely on third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Meta, Zapier, Make). You acknowledge that your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy enforcement by these third-party providers.
Salvo acuerdo contrario en un Work Order firmado, todo el código personalizado, los flujos de automatización y los diseños creados para el Cliente pasarán a ser propiedad del Cliente tras el pago íntegro. Moss and Granite LLC conserva el derecho a utilizar sus herramientas, plantillas y metodologías preexistentes.
Unless otherwise agreed in a written Work Order, all custom code, automation workflows, and designs created for the Client shall become the property of the Client upon full payment. Moss and Granite LLC retains the right to use its pre-existing tools, templates, and methodologies.
Moss and Granite LLC no garantiza resultados comerciales específicos — incluyendo, sin carácter limitativo, incrementos en ventas, generación de leads, tasas de conversión o retorno sobre la inversión. Los resultados dependen de factores externos fuera de nuestro control, como las condiciones del mercado, la calidad de los datos aportados por el cliente y la capacidad de ejecución de su equipo.
Moss and Granite LLC does not guarantee specific business outcomes — including, but not limited to, increases in sales, lead generation, conversion rates, or return on investment. Results depend on external factors outside our control, including market conditions, the quality of client-provided data, and the execution capacity of the client's team.
Los honorarios se facturan según lo establecido en el Work Order o propuesta de proyecto correspondiente. El pago es exigible a la recepción de la factura, salvo acuerdo escrito en contrario. Moss and Granite LLC se reserva el derecho de suspender los trabajos si una factura permanece impagada durante más de 15 días.
Cualquiera de las partes puede dar por terminado el acuerdo con un preaviso escrito de 30 días. Los honorarios correspondientes al trabajo completado hasta la fecha de cancelación serán exigibles en su totalidad.
Fees are invoiced as set out in the relevant Work Order or project proposal. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. Moss and Granite LLC reserves the right to pause work if an invoice remains unpaid for more than 15 days.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable in full.
Ambas partes acuerdan mantener la confidencialidad de la información no pública de la otra durante el período del compromiso y durante los dos años siguientes a su finalización. Esto incluye credenciales de acceso al CRM, datos de la API de WhatsApp Business e información comercial sensible. Moss and Granite LLC no utilizará los datos del cliente para ningún fin distinto a la prestación de los servicios acordados.
Each party agrees to keep confidential the non-public information of the other party for the duration of the engagement and for two years thereafter. This includes CRM access credentials, WhatsApp Business API data, and sensitive business information. Moss and Granite LLC will not use client data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Moss and Granite LLC no será responsable de ningún daño indirecto, incidental o consecuente derivado del uso de nuestras automatizaciones o implementaciones de IA. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limitará a los honorarios pagados por el servicio en cuestión.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moss and Granite LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our automations or AI implementations. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Wyoming, EE. UU., sin tener en cuenta sus normas sobre conflicto de leyes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
